Ага. Она у нас была утеряна в ходе ремонта, а деньги мама за эту квартиру платит. Ей эти 22 рубля не помешают. Так что я оформила официальный отказ и отнесла справку в ЖЭК.
Кстати, с ТВ поступила аналогично.
